Heated-bar sealers work well with materials ranging from 0.5–5 mm in thickness. They are compatible with paper–plastic composite bags, aluminum-lined woven bags, and multilayer laminated bags. The heating block can be customized in different shapes, such as curved or profiled designs, to match special bag styles like gusseted or square-bottom bags.
Heated-bar sealing transfers heat through a broad contact surface. The temperature remains even, making it suitable for thick or multi-layer laminated bags. The seal is wide, flat, and consistent, and the block can be tailored for special-shaped bags. Heated-wire sealing uses a thin heating element and is ideal for film bags or lightweight packaging. The seal is narrow, but the sealing speed is faster.
