A heated-bar bag sealing machine uses a solid metal heating block, generally aluminum or copper, to transfer heat through surface contact. This creates a broad, smooth seal line, usually between 5–20 mm, suitable for heavy-duty or multi-layer packaging materials. With precise temperature control within ±1°C, the system prevents overheating or incomplete fusion, ensuring clean and reliable sealing performance.
The bag sealing machine can seal materials from 0.5 mm up to 5 mm in thickness, including paper–plastic composite bags and aluminum-laminated woven bags. The heating block can also be customized in different shapes, such as curved or contoured designs, to accommodate special bag formats like gusseted bags or square-bottom bags. This flexibility makes the equipment suitable for demanding industrial environments that require strong, airtight, and visually consistent seals.
The heat-sealing machines are designed for closing heavy-duty PE and PP bags, as well as paper–plastic and aluminum-laminated composite bags. The system uses a TEFLON (PTFE) sealing belt to prevent sticking during the sealing process and to maintain a clean, uniform seal. This configuration ensures stable sealing quality even with thicker multi-layer materials, making it suitable for demanding industrial applications where strength and reliability matter.
The paper bag heat stealing machine is designed for high-speed closing of multi-wall paper bags with internal PE liners. It supports sealing speeds of 7–10 m/min and a sealing height range of 800–1700 mm, making it suitable for a wide variety of paper-bag packaging lines.
The woven bag heat sealing and stitching machine is designed for woven bags (including laminated woven bags) and supports heat sealing of the inner PE liner while applying a crepe-paper tape to the outer surface. It can also be used for other packaging materials with similar structures. The system is commonly applied in chemical, food, and building materials industries where reliable sealing and stitching performance is required.
The heavy duty heated-bar sealing machine is designed for PE heavy-film bags and supports sealing with PE strip tape. It is suitable for applications that require strong sealing performance, high durability, and compliance with strict environmental requirements. Typical industries include chemicals, building materials, and food processing, where reliable closure of thick PE bags is essential.
This top-folding and heated-bar sealing machine is designed for packaging single- or multi-wall paper bags with PE inner liners. It completes a sequence of operations through programmed control, including inner-liner heat sealing, liner pressing, bag-top trimming, crease-line forming, top folding, application of a hot-melt paper tape, heated compression of the tape, and bag counting. A bag-top dust-removal module can be added when needed.
