Bag Top Folding Device / Bag Infeed Device (Extended Belt Type)

Bag-top fold-over device for folding woven bags or laminated bags prior to sewing

This extended belt-type folding device is designed to build upon the structure of the GP4900 model by lengthening the conveying path, allowing the bag to be delivered smoothly to the sewing machine after folding. The extended configuration ensures accurate bag positioning throughout the folding stage, which is especially useful when handling large formats, irregular shapes, or lightweight laminated materials that require additional stability during transfer.

To support flexible operation, the drive section is equipped with a stepless speed-adjustable motor. Operators can adjust the running speed directly on the folding machine without a frequency converter, making it easy to fine-tune throughput for different bag types and production conditions.
