The impulse bag sealer uses a fine metal heating wire (such as nichrome) that heats instantly when energized. Heat is transferred through a narrow line of contact, producing a thin, clean seal band. Because the heating wire has low resistance and minimal thermal inertia, it can rise from room temperature to around 200°C in just 1–3 seconds. This allows fast cycling and reduces the risk of overheating the film. It is ideal for sealing 0.1–0.5 mm films such as PE and PP bags, especially where appearance and sealing precision matter.
The IMS impulse sealing machine is designed for continuous and rapid sealing of heavy-duty PE film bags. Its pulse-controlled heating system allows the temperature to adjust quickly, making it suitable for fast-paced production environments.
The pneumatic impulse bag sealer is designed for intermittent sealing of PE and laminated film bags with a sealing length under 800 mm and a filled weight below 50 kg. It uses compressed air as the power source, allowing adjustable sealing pressure and ensuring consistent, reliable seal quality. Operators can activate the sealing machine by hand or with a foot switch, making it easy to use in different production setups.
The vacuum impulse bag sealer is designed for products that naturally trap air or generate air during handling. It seals the bag while extracting excess air at the same time, ensuring a cleaner, tighter, and more stable package. The system keeps the sealing process continuous and efficient, making it suitable for production lines that require both heat sealing and vacuum capability.
From bagging to palletizing, we design and manufacture full packaging lines engineered to match your bulk materials, capacity needs, and plant layout.
Impulse sealing works well for thin-film bags between 0.1–0.5 mm, including single-layer PE and PP films or lightweight laminated films. The narrow sealing mark makes it suitable for products that require a clean finish, such as food packaging or lightweight chemical bags.
Small food packages typically use PE or PP film bags and require fast sealing with a neat finish. The IMS impulse sealer or BD+7TG plastic film sealer is recommended for these applications.
For automated or continuous production, the QF pneumatic film sealing machine is recommended. Pneumatic clamping ensures consistent pressure, and the fast heat-wire response supports high-speed operation. It can also be paired with automatic bagging machines for thin-film bag applications in industries such as chemicals, feed, and grain.
Products such as pharmaceuticals, food items, or electronic components that require airtight sealing benefit from the HL-Q vacuum sealing machine. The system evacuates the bag before sealing to reduce oxygen and moisture, making it suitable for vacuum bags, foil bags, and laminated films while extending product shelf life.
