The pneumatic impulse bag sealer is designed for intermittent sealing of PE and laminated film bags with a sealing length under 800 mm and a filled weight below 50 kg. It uses compressed air as the power source, allowing adjustable sealing pressure and ensuring consistent, reliable seal quality. Operators can activate the sealing machine by hand or with a foot switch, making it easy to use in different production setups.
Compact in structure and simple to operate, the sealer integrates well into chemical, grain, food, and feed processing environments. It can work as a standalone unit or be paired with a conveyor table or production line, giving plants flexibility to incorporate it into existing workflows without major modifications.
