Features
  • A layer of PTFE film protects the heating tube and prevents material adhesion.
  • The sealing system presses the bag firmly during sealing to improve heat efficiency, making it suitable even for powder-filled bags.
  • The impulse-heating design enables extremely fast warm-up and allows the machine to begin operation almost immediately.
  • When synchronized with a conveyor, it delivers continuous sealing with adjustable speed control.
  • The sealing height can be adjusted, and the compact design fits easily into existing production lines. A 5 mm heating wire with protective housing provides fast sealing performance while keeping power consumption low, making it ideal for facilities that need high-speed, efficient sealing.
